When you send an enquiry

Our contact and meeting forms require your name and email address. You can also choose to share your company, phone number, an area of interest and a message. Please avoid including sensitive personal data or unnecessary information about other people.

We use this information to answer your question, discuss your needs and follow up on a possible collaboration. Your form is delivered to PVBC by email through Mailgun, so the information is also processed by that email service and in our correspondence with you.

For business enquiries, our legitimate interest is to respond and discuss our services. If your enquiry concerns a contract with you, the information may also be needed to take steps at your request before entering a contract.

Visitor statistics and marketing

If you consent to analytics, we load Google Analytics to measure page visits and submitted enquiries. If you consent to marketing, we load Meta Pixel to measure page visits and conversions. These tools may process technical information about your browser, device, IP address and use of the website.

Our conversion events include the form type and, for Google Analytics, the language. We do not include your name, email, phone, company or message from the form in these events. An enquiry is measured only after it has been submitted successfully.

Consent is optional and can be withdrawn through Cookie settings in the footer. The forms work without consent to analytics or marketing. Read more in our cookie policy.

Storage and service providers

Correspondence may need to be retained to handle your enquiry, an ongoing engagement or requirements that apply to the business. How long it is needed depends on the conversation and any agreements. Contact us to find out what we hold about you or to request deletion.

Website hosting, email and optional measurement tools involve technical providers processing data. Mailgun delivers form submissions; Google and Meta are used only for the measurement categories you accept. Provider processing may involve transfers outside the EU/EEA. Contact us for information about current provider terms and transfer safeguards.

Your rights

You can contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or a restriction of its processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, request data portability. These rights may be subject to limits depending on the reason for processing.
