Sound familiar?

Understand more from the same data.

A dashboard can show that something changed. Knowing where to start investigating takes more time. And a well-written AI answer is not useful if it lacks a source or mistakes an association for an explanation.

We connect AI to selected, validated data and defined measures. Answers should identify their period, sources and limitations. We evaluate the analysis against your actual questions and keep people involved where business knowledge is needed.

From need to solution

What we can build together.

A thoughtful tool starts with your business. These are some of the things we can help with.

01

Summaries with context

Get a readable summary of changes in revenue, costs, sales or capacity. Connect each observation to its period and relevant metrics.

02

Signals about unusual changes

Highlight movements against targets, previous periods or historical patterns. Adapt thresholds and seasonal comparisons to your business so signals are meaningful.

03

Ask questions about your data

Explore which locations are off budget or how cost per recorded lead has changed. Restrict access to approved measures and the user's permissions.

04

Themes in customer feedback

Summarise recurring themes in available reviews and feedback. Show scope and examples where permitted, with the team's review of AI interpretation.

Questions we can build answers to.

Illustrative solutions. Data availability, permissions and connections are assessed for each project.

Financial data + budget

What should we investigate in this month's results?

AI summarises the largest movements and links to the relevant measures. Potential explanations are presented as questions to investigate, rather than established causes.

Meta + Google Ads + CRM

What changed in our lead generation?

Highlight movements in ad spend, recorded leads and qualification. Separate platform attribution, your own tracking and data that cannot be linked.

Trustpilot + Google reviews

What are customers mentioning more often this month?

Group available feedback into themes such as service or waiting times. Show counts, periods and uncertainty so isolated reviews do not create a misleading overall impression.

A clear way of working

Close communication. Clear delivery.

You should know what we are building, why we are building it and what happens next.

  1. 01

    Understand

We start with your key questions and map the data sources, access and metrics.

  2. 02

    Define

We define the first dashboard or report. You receive a clear proposal covering scope and price.

  3. 03

    Build together

We connect the data, validate calculations and build views for you to try throughout the project.

  4. 04

    Handover & follow-up

We plan onboarding, data checks and maintenance. New questions can shape the next step in your BI solution.

Good to know

Questions before the first step.

Every business is different. We help you work out what makes sense for yours.

Ask your question
Can we trust AI's answers?

AI can make mistakes. We therefore build around defined measures, source references and quality checks, and test against real questions. Evidence should be reviewable. Important decisions still require people with the right business knowledge.

Is all our data sent to an AI service?

No. We determine which information is actually needed and choose the model, hosting and data handling with you. Access, storage and provider terms are part of the solution design.

Can AI explain why a result changed?

AI can show which measures moved and suggest useful investigations. A statistical association is not automatically a causal relationship. We make that distinction visible and use verifiable data and business knowledge to guide conclusions.
