Sound familiar?

Insights come to you.

The numbers exist, but someone still has to retrieve, copy and send them. Producing the report takes time, and it may be out of date before it reaches the right person. Some colleagues rarely open the dashboard at all.

We define which questions the report should answer, who receives it and when the data is ready. Then we automate the compilation with clear periods, data status and links to the relevant view.

From need to solution

What we can build together.

A thoughtful tool starts with your business. These are some of the things we can help with.

01

Weekly and monthly reports

Send recurring summaries of your most important metrics. Adapt content, language, format and schedule for management, local leaders or teams.

02

An AI summary in your inbox

Add a short summary of changes and anomalies alongside the numbers. Show the period and evidence behind the analysis, with links to more detail.

03

Signals when attention is needed

Design notifications for agreed thresholds, changes or missing data. Tailor frequency and recipients so important signals have room to stand out.

04

Permissions beyond the dashboard

Plan recipient lists, sensitivity and report content. For detailed information, the email can link to a view that requires sign-in.

Practical examples

Questions we can build answers to.

Illustrative solutions. Data availability, permissions and connections are assessed for each project.

Fortnox / Visma + budget

How did last month go, and what needs follow-up?

A monthly email with revenue, costs, margin and budget variances. The report waits for agreed data and clearly marks anything still provisional.

CRM + Telavox + marketing

What does the sales team need to know on Monday?

A weekly summary of new leads, pipeline, call volumes and ad spend. Links take recipients to their team's dashboard for a closer review.

Muntra + finance + reviews

How are our clinics developing week by week?

A report for each location with aggregate capacity measures, financial performance and available rating trends. Choose content that can be shared without patient details.

A clear way of working

Close communication. Clear delivery.

You should know what we are building, why we are building it and what happens next.

  1. 01

    Understand

We start with your key questions and map the data sources, access and metrics.

  2. 02

    Define

We define the first dashboard or report. You receive a clear proposal covering scope and price.

  3. 03

    Build together

We connect the data, validate calculations and build views for you to try throughout the project.

  4. 04

    Handover & follow-up

We plan onboarding, data checks and maintenance. New questions can shape the next step in your BI solution.

Good to know

Questions before the first step.

Every business is different. We help you work out what makes sense for yours.

Ask your question
Can each manager receive a report for their own location?

Yes. Content can be tailored by recipient, role, company or location. We agree access and recipient rules with you, keeping sensitive detail behind sign-in where needed.

Can reports be delivered as email or PDF?

Yes. We design the email content and can add a PDF, an export or a link to an interactive dashboard. The format should suit how the report is used and the information it contains.

What if the numbers have not updated?

We define rules for incomplete or delayed data. A report can flag data status, wait for a source or notify an owner. Automated delivery should not make old figures look current.
